FAQs

  • What will we eat?

Fear not, you shall be fed.

El Grito Taqueria will serve three types of street tacos along with black beans and rice with a bit of queso fresco:

    • Roasted Sweet Potato
    • Shredded Chicken
    • Carrot

Food services begin at 2:00pm and go until it's gone.

We'll also be serving sweet treats in the afternoon.

That doesn't do it for ya? Stop and grab a burger at a downtown Madison favorite beforehand.

  • Do y'all want gifts?

No, thank you. We're blessed to have all we need. If you insist, we'd love cash towards our honeymoon. Don’t go overboard or rob any banks. Anything will make us smile. Now that we have saved you all the fuss, we hope you will come and celebrate with us.

  • What time is...?

  • Dress Code?

Glad you asked! We have none! Wear what makes you feel most comfortable. We'll have guests that bike to the wedding in shorts and tees, guests that arrive in dresses and suits, and kiddos running around in Crocs. Be you. We like you.

Good question! Parking can be a bit tricky. If you're able to park and bike in, that would be ideal. Otherwise we have 50 reserved spaces in the lot adjacent to the shelter. Public lots are also located at the North Gate and South Gate zoo entrances. Street parking is marked and available too.
